i had my car repaired at advanced automotive during the month of november 2018 the car was in and out the workshop a number of times not being able to repair my vehicle . i pad them an amount of +- 10.000 rand and my car was the same . the last time they gave it to me it was fine for roughly a week and then it started with the same problem , by this time the company had closed down for festive season only reopening in the new year in the meantime i was left with a vehicle that windows were unable to close once the were opened . wipers that were not working feul gauge that was not working boot that was not opening and a few other issues so i could lock the at all cause windows could not close . i was then forced to take unpaid leave at work because i am disabled and permanently in a wheelchair , i cannot use public transport because of my disabilty and busses do not go the route. During this the manager of this company did not told me to bring the vehicle back in the new year but i knew he would charge an amount again and i did not pay he would release my car and this is after i paid him 10.000 . i was then forced to take my vehicle to bmw where they sorted it out and it cost a further 4400.00 and all it was was a battery discharge and reset . i would not recommend this company at all . i am a disabled i depend on my vehicle and i feel like the victim here i lost all that money and 7 days upaid leave and the furher 4400 at bmw , please what can i do about this?
