I have come a long way with Frikkie Geyser, owner of Advanced Automotive in Centurion and he is the one reason I have always kept going back. There are few businessmen I really trust and even fewer in the motor industry unfortunately. Yet with Frikkie I have always had an open and honest relationship and I always know I can count on his advice for quality parts and service. I have to say off all things in business trust and quality are two of the most important things for me.

i had my car repaired at advanced automotive during the month of november 2018 the car was in and out the workshop a number of times not being able to repair my vehicle . i pad them an amount of +- 10.000 rand and my car was the same . the last time they gave it to me it was fine for roughly a week and then it started with the same problem , by this time the company had closed down for festive season only reopening in the new year in the meantime i was left with a vehicle that windows were unable to close once the were opened . wipers that were not working feul gauge that was not working boot that was not opening and a few other issues so i could lock the at all cause windows could not close . i was then forced to take unpaid leave at work because i am disabled and permanently in a wheelchair , i cannot use public transport because of my disabilty and busses do not go the route. During this the manager of this company did not told me to bring the vehicle back in the new year but i knew he would charge an amount again and i did not pay he would release my car and this is after i paid him 10.000 . i was then forced to take my vehicle to bmw where they sorted it out and it cost a further 4400.00 and all it was was a battery discharge and reset . i would not recommend this company at all . i am a disabled i depend on my vehicle and i feel like the victim here i lost all that money and 7 days upaid leave and the furher 4400 at bmw , please what can i do about this?

<p>I took my car to Advanced Automotive in Centurion in January 2016 for a water leak repair. Now, 12 months and close to a R100k later I still don't have my car. My car was sent to other repair dealers without my knowledge or consent and now they want another R30k to repair the aircon....... which was in a perfect working condition when I took the vehicle to them. I am utterly disappointed in the shocking service and lack of knowledge in their field. The owner's no-care attitude is equally disappointing. I would be embarrassed if this was my business</p>
