OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER - STAY AWAY
Terrible experience with the Alberton branch. Unbelievably misleading and very quick to show another side of themselves. After ending our lease they manipulated the ingoing inspection with photos that were not taken with us and tried to hold us liable for the costs of damages. Holding us liable for things we reported to be faulty but they never sent someone to come repair . in the contract it states the tenant won't be liable for wear and tear of the property as this happens over time however they are still trying to make us pay. All was well until we moved out. I will never ever use them again and will never encourage someone else to rent/buy through them

Empty Promises ONCE AGAIN
Once again, back on Hellopeter for the mere reason that MiWay still hasnt refunded my premium after i had cancelled. I was told the refund takes between 5 - 7 working days. Its now the 9th working day and still waiting. Really starting to lose my patience with you and your empty promises.

Absolute disgust
Had a claim in this year due a truck losing its load on the highway. My vehicle was the i fortunate one to be hit by a reinforcement steel bar that pierced through my radiator, A/C Condensor and intercooler. I had no other option to pull over otherwise i would have faced the risk of over heating my car. MiWay refused to cover this as a 3rd party claim as i wasn't able to obtain the guilty party details, despite of the outcome they just couldn’t care whatsoever! A few months later down the line my premium jumps by almost R500 and i had decided to cancel my policy via their “wonderful” mobile app. Again I'm being debited this pathetic premium and i have heard not one word from them regarding this sudden increase. I will definitely inform friends, colleagues and even clients of this distaste for a poor insurer. They are more concerned about hellopeter compliments than actually assessing the situation at hand. Absolute disgust. If you won’t refund my premium, then i will reverse it.

THE MOST USELESS AND PATHETIC STERNS BRANCH TO DATE I HANDED A RING IN TO BE RESIZED A MONTH AGO AND THESE USELESS ****S AFTER A MONTH OF STRUGGLING STILL CANNOT RETUNR MY RING I AM AT MY WITTS WITH THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS PROMISING TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY AND STILL HEAR **** ALL FROM THEM IM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO FOLLOW UP WHICH SHOULD BE THEIR ****EN JOB TO DO I WILL GONAND TURN THEIR STIRE UPSIDE DOWN TOMORROW AND THEY MUST DARE QUESTION MY ACTIONS

Fantastic service! - Ayanda
I had a break down due to a truck that lost its cargo on the road, which in result hit my vehicle forcing me to pull over. Ayanda was quick to call and arrange all relevant roadside assistance in a matter of minutes. Thank you Ayanda!

Lost client
Terrible Fuel quality. Used to only believe in SASOL but i no longer do. Car has a loss of piwer and burns more fuel. If i use other stations by the likes of Total or Engen then i a feel a immediate difference. You 95unlead is of poor quality.

Unethical, Fraudulent and Incompetent!
I recently financed a Audi A3 with this branch in KZN. I have been assisted mainly by two agents. Pammy Govender and Lee Scholtz. I have never in my life experienced such outrageous behaviour which is supposed to be a professional and honest business! Lee Scholtz whom is the salesman I had no issues with besides having to constantly remind him of a spare tyre which was prior to the signing of the contract agreed in terms of providing one to me. Its been over two weeks that we have been discussing the spare tyre and I still don't have one. The main problem here is the honesty, work ethic and integrity level of Pammy Govender, I sent her the email as follows: You are well aware that this is my very first time taking finance on my name. You and I both know that you had NOT made any mention to me that it's optional but instead you kept on explaining that it comes with the finance WHICH IT DOES NOT! It's optional might I remind you. Had I have not had any understanding of what a policy is and what it's about I would've signed for those three OPTIONAL policies without noticing that I DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE IT. By this I automatically assume this is how you take advantage of people to earn commission on additional policies that you've added without the actual consent of doing so. You have never asked if I wanted it, you just added it. So let's cut the bull****, I am livid with this unethical behaviour from you. So if you cannot make a plan to RECTIFY this unprofessional work of yours then you can expect to hear from the ombudsman for short term insurance and the ombudsman for the auto motor industry. This is bluntly fraud that you tried and failed at, I tried to be nice but it seems you have taken advantage which is absolutely unacceptable! Main topic of the story is, never ever trust advice from Pammy Govender should you ever unfortunately be called by her with an application to financing a vehicle with them. I have caught her on black and white with adding additional policies which I was never offered firstly, never signed for and even asked for it to be removed. If you are a first time financer, beware as she WILL take advantage of you! I have given her the ultimatum as to rectify this by this coming Monday of the 9th of October to have a solution in black and white or I will hand her and the company of to the Ombuds man for short term insurance and the motor industry. Moral of the story, always read the contract before signing otherwise you will be a victim to fraud without even being aware of it. Best regards, Brandon Smit

Data THEFT!!!!!!
To whom this may concern, I have loaded R12 airtime onto my cim card after switching off my data just to ensure nothing takes my airtime after being load. I left the cellphone on charge over night while the data was switched off to find an awesome surprise.... All of a sudden my balance comes down from R12 to R5.83?!?!? How this is possible only you can know, so please enlighten me how the hell can my airtime be used without being USED!!! A refund would be applicable don't you think!
