The customer Care channels of Afrihost seems very responsive, the problem though is that they are completely dependent on Openserve for the infrastructure and line activation, and that part of the chain is completely broken with Openserve being unreachable, unable to activate a line etc and on top of that Afrihost seems unable to manage that leg of the support and just simply have to wait patiently and hope that their requests will be handled within a week or more. No way to enforce service delivery. So, in the end I am still left without a connection after more than a week even though the fibre and model is still in my house just as it was left by the previous family.

The worst service experience I have had in a long time. After I try all I can to get a response through my ISP and being told that they can only send the order to Openserve and wait, eventually a technicial call me and say that they are activating the line. He also says that he will call me back in 15 minutes, but that turns out to be nearly two hours. When he eventually does call back, I ask him to give me a call in 15 minutes so I can test the line as I cannot call him back on any number, but the internet is not through and he never calls. So I try back with my ISP, but they still don't get any feedback and have no visibility on any progress. So I try to call the Openserve call centre, but they tell me that they cannot help and refer be back to my ISP again. My ISP has quite a high rating and is very helpful, but without the support of Openserve there is nothing they can do apparently.
Thank you Christan for great service and a great product all while maintaining a reasonable price. I have been driving and calling around for a proper calcium battery rather than just any old flooded battery for my car. Most of the outlets I spoke to wasn't even aware of what it was that I was referring to until I spoke to you. You immediately understood what I needed, had the product and actually I eventually settled on an AGM battery which should last with my car for a long time to come. It also helps to know that it was made in Germany. Quite frankly I am tired of the junk out there that is just no lasting. That is where all the pollution comes from.
There is one critique that I have and that is that the website doesn't help with a physical address or a telephone number in case needed. In all fairness though I am happy to say, I have seen the negative reviews and started wondering, but my personal experience was quite good. The response on email were not blisteringly fast but, normally within a day at most and the communications were clear and correct. The delays that was communicated right from the start were not too bad, and my documents were delivered right on their estimation with a really painless process all in all. So my experience was quite fine really.
Thank you Magnet Store for excellent service and support with continuous follow up and tracking even during these challenging times of Covid up to the point, not where the goods were delivered to my designated delivery address but also my own transport plan until I had it in my hands and could confirm that everything was delivered as expected. Especially thanks to Kyla Venter for the dedication throughout. This is the kind of service that you do not often see anymore and do not even expect anymore either. And all of that in the language of my choice as well.

I have come a long way with Frikkie Geyser, owner of Advanced Automotive in Centurion and he is the one reason I have always kept going back. There are few businessmen I really trust and even fewer in the motor industry unfortunately. Yet with Frikkie I have always had an open and honest relationship and I always know I can count on his advice for quality parts and service. I have to say off all things in business trust and quality are two of the most important things for me.
