Chance taker - can’t believe this business is still existing

It’s been 8 months since Craig has done our wooden floors. What a disappointment- used incorrect colour of blocks, only one coat ( not two as quoted and paid for, no fillers and the list is endless). But requested 90% payment before he started the job and demanded the remaining 10% without addressing any he snag list. Contracted through my builder. Use this service provider at your peril.
