Horrific Service

Extremely poor service from Craig. Floors were not sealed properly and after a second time of his team coming out, and guess what, it’s still not right. He was supposed to fix a portion of flooring, but he denies that this was quoted on, when I have it on email, that the floor was supposed to get fixed and he did a site visit to quote and tested the flooring that needed repair and he even said how it would be repaired! He forgets what is supposed to be done. The filler that he used to fill gaps in the flooring, was horrible done and not even sanded down, looks a mess. Really disappointed in the service and workmanship that we have received. We have been inconvenienced for over a week, and he just doesn’t care.

He refuses to come back and sort out the issues and has blocked me.
