LAMINATING FLOOR BADLY DONE

Very bad and unprofessional fitting of laminating floors by Mr. Vaughn Gosllett. When part of the installation failed there was always excuses for not returning to fix the mess. More invalid excuses than valid excuses. Only after I involved the supplier FINFLOOR Brackenfell who accredited him as one of their installers and to involved Legal Wise he brought a sub contract installer by the name of Blackie and this guys seems to also take chances. We notice after a few weeks of refit that one of the faulty tiles has been reinstalled. I am not interest to bring them back to check on this again so I just have to live with it. Take my advice and make sure that you do not make use of a installer that has been personally recommended by FINFLOOR employees. This type of installers put other good accredited installers in a bad light.
