Well why am I not surprised with the way Makro handled the refund a return and the return was as a result of Makro who messed up. They only refund me the selling price without the delivery fee. This was a mistake from their side by sending the in correct item and there was no replacement item and I now have to loose the delivery fee. This give me more reason to keep my word and spread the word to all out there KEEP AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE they are bad news. I will from my side now involved legalwise for legal advise on this issue.
Makro online deserves a rating below ---0 and not even 1. Take my word for it and stay away from their online shopping. It is a nightmare!! They just don't care how they treat you as a consumer neither bothered to rectify what they have done wrong, and they react slower as a sloth. I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter and Makro send me the wrong item. It is now days after Christmas and my daughter is now without a gift thanks to Makro. As a pensioner I cannot afford to buy her a replacement gift and need to wait for the refund so that I can be able to buy her a new gift. I am not interested in doing business with them anymore and requested a refund. Although I explained to my daughter what happened the sadness was clearly reflected on her face. Shame on you Makro staff! We now in the new year and up to today my daughter is still without a Christmas gift. All emails send to Makro to try to speed up is a waste of time. They still need to collect the return parcel and still nothing happens. I'm still waiting for them. It is clear that Makro is the worst online shopping outlet. Do not disappoint yourself, rather stay away from them.
I added the dstv compact plus streaming onto my existing account on Monday 1st October just after seven the morning. On Tuesday late afternoon I contacted them to try and find out why is there still no connection. I've been told that they picked up an error and resubmit the order and escalate. Today is Friday and this morning I tried again but with no success. Since Tuesday until today after again and again resubmitting and escalate the order by them and after lot of wasted airtime by waiting endlessly on phone and used all my air time there is still no success. They will just dropped your call or why you waiting for over 10 min to be transferred you still do not get any assistance. The self service online is the most unfriendly way of communicating because you cannot explain you problem properly with a robot. For so many years as a client of Mweb I never thought I will come to the point that it is necessary for me to give them a negative rating. But as they say there is always a first time. Here I am now sitting without airtime all wasted for nothing and with 16 sms messages since Tuesday the 2nd Oct received from Mweb with identification pin numbers when you phone them for assistance and still nothing happened on their side. Shame on you Mweb.
Now that we are pensioners, we decided to scale down our car to a smaller car because my wife prefer a smaller car and we decided to contact WeBuyCars. To our surprise they contact us immediately with a provisional offer and arrange for a visit for the inspection of our car. We were surprised that they offer us more than what we expected and with the friendly, professional help from Alfred Kotze we agreed to sell the car. I need to say that my car was 6 years old with low km, only 29****m and in an excellent condition. All documents were handled by them and with immediate payment. Thanks to WeBuyCars for creating new memories for us. The following day my wife and I went to the dealership of our choice and today our brand-new car is parked in our garage and this all as a result of doing business with WeBuyCars.

More invalid excuses than valid excuses. Only after I involved the supplier FINFLOOR Brackenfell who accredited him as one of their installers and to involved Legal Wise he brought a sub contract installer by the name of Blackie and this guys seems to also take chances. We notice after a few weeks of refit that one of the faulty tiles has been reinstalled. I am not interest to bring them back to check on this again so I just have to live with it. Months went by and once again today 7 April 2021 I notice that where he repaired a few month ago one of the tiles started to fail again. This constant mess will be with me until I decided to lift and dump over a R30 000 job that I strongly consider in doing and count my losses. Take my advice and make sure that you do not make use of a installer that has been personally recommended by FINFLOOR employees and by the name of ******This type of installers put other good accredited installers in a bad light</div>
No after sales service
Since my last review regarding the problem with my dishwasher I've been promised that they will sort it out by either exchange or credit. I've been told after numerous calls and emails between me and Samsung that the matter has been escalated but still no result. I waited patiently for Samsung to get this issue done and over with but my patients changed now to frustration. On the one hand they informed me there is no stock so I need to send them the invoice etc for credit but I'm still waiting. How is it that there is no stock but their website show stock and I test it by placing an order and it did not blocked me with no stock and get stock alert message. I did not processed the order further. Really Samsung you are now responsible that I start to loose my trust in your products.
It is such a pity that I now need to negative review Samsung on this platform because I really thought that they will satisfy me on my complain regarding my new dishwasher that I bought in January this year. The ref nr. for my complain is 7112004823 dated 30 April 2021. Invoice #ZA210115-15490842 Since I received the dishwasher on15 January 2021 I found that the machine is very noisy when it is in the drain cycle. I first thought that it is just a normal noise so I left it and ignore it hoping that it will sort it out by itself as time goes by. Unfortunately no changes in the loud noise since then and in April 2021 I started to contact Samsung to explain the situation and requested that they must see to the problem and because it is still a new machine I would like an exchange rather than a repair but because it is out of the 7 days they prefer to sent a technician to asses the machine. The technician came and asses the machine and he decided to replace the pump although he could not find fault with the original pump. When he came back he replaces the pump that feels like 5min so quick the job was done but there was no difference in the loud noise. Problem still exist. Now if the drainage pump is not the problem what is the reason for this loud noise. The only thing I can think of is that this model is not a good quality model comparing to my previous Samsung dishwasher. The new machine is Model DW60M5070FS/FA. and I regret now that I bought this machine and we now have to listen to a noisy machine that is very frustrating. We normally run it overnight so that it is ready the next morning but now we cannot anymore and have to change it to daily run. I always believed in Samsung and all the other Samsung products in our house can proof that BUT now this creates a feeling of mistrust in Samsung products and after sales service that lead me to a point that I strongly consider to get rid of this machine, take my losses on this, how difficult it may be and to buy a dishwasher from another brand as soon as I can afford the change. In the meantime thanks to Samsung we are back to hand wash in front of the sink.
