Despite the booking being completed before lockdown and banking and financial institutions being operational the company have purposefully used lockdown as a reason not to refund the money due to us. They claim to not have access to banking !In this day and age of technological advancement this is a sorry excuse ! They have essentially held on to the money without trying to even reply to queries related to the refund . SHOCKING .
They only reply when they think they may be able to get a new booking and hence dishonestly take and withhold more money from clients !
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY . BEWARE to all Zimbali property owners - find an alternate company to manage your properties .
They ignore phone calls and emails .
