The worst business you could ever book with. Everything was perfectly fine and efficient through the initial booking process and stay at the house. After checkout is where the problems started. They mailed me 3 days later after another booking had stayed and I had checked out to let me know there were breakages that I would be responsible to pay for. They couldn’t give me proof when inspection had taken place or if there was a possibility that the cleaner on site or the guests that arrived after us could’ve broken the dishes. They also refused to take my calls or emails regarding the matter. Getting the remainder of the breakage deposit was an issue too with continuous emails and calls to them. Almost felt like I was being ****med. They don’t have an office address and won’t let you know where they are based over the phone. The manager Shanna does not have basic customer service. I would not book with them again and definitely would not recommend anyone else to.

Despite the booking being completed before lockdown and banking and financial institutions being operational the company have purposefully used lockdown as a reason not to refund the money due to us. They claim to not have access to banking !In this day and age of technological advancement this is a sorry excuse ! They have essentially held on to the money without trying to even reply to queries related to the refund . SHOCKING . They only reply when they think they may be able to get a new booking and hence dishonestly take and withhold more money from clients ! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY . BEWARE to all Zimbali property owners - find an alternate company to manage your properties . They ignore phone calls and emails .

Absolutely rude and disrespectul bookings agent! I called and spoke to Shanna Cogan who was rude, offish and totally disrespectful. She refused to assist and insisted she does not want to help customers over the phone and on emails only. She clearly should not be working as an agent and answer telephones as she does not want to deal with customer! This is THE WORST AND SHOCKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A LADY MEANT TO BE A BOOKINGS AGENT WHO IS SO RUDE ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL. Absolutely disgusting service and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company for bookings. Why would I wish to go ahead and communicate on emails when Shana is so rude on the telephone that being the first point of contact. She should be taught some basic manners and learn to do her job. Absolutely pathetic service in my opinion and I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

what a unprofessional and rude agent, I called to get an estimate from an agent, by the name of Shana, she was so unhelpful, Zimbali property owners will surely loose customers with this agent, needless to say, she completely undermined me, did not even want to listen to a word I said, and told me flat out she cannot even give me an estimate. when i advised that 8 infants travelling with are included in the total, she advised that every infants needs there own room and bed. worse experience ever Adzone.

I booked through Adzone marketing Luella Engelen 2-4 March 2018, I was not happy with the house as it had the owners pictures every where, which the owner refused to take down, if I wanted to visit the owner I won't mind the family pictures on the wall but if the house is for public use ,why have family pictures every where, I was uncomfortable hence I cancelled the booking. Luckily there was a cleaning lady which sorted the ****roaches that where in the garage.When I called I was told that's unfortunate, we don't have any alternative , yet I went to book by the same zimbali hotel and the booking was available. Shanna Cogan send me an email stating I have forfeited all the money I paid, no cancellation fee , the only refund will be the breakage deposit. To be told sorry we only do booking we not on the premises was an insult cause I was expecting them to direct me to reception manager and sort out the issue, but they were okay with losing me as customer hence I was told to drop the key at reception. No reasons were asked why I returning the key,they cared less.
