I booked through Adzone marketing Luella Engelen 2-4 March 2018, I was not happy with the house as it had the owners pictures every where, which the owner refused to take down, if I wanted to visit the owner I won't mind the family pictures on the wall but if the house is for public use ,why have family pictures every where, I was uncomfortable hence I cancelled the booking. Luckily there was a cleaning lady which sorted the ****roaches that where in the garage.When I called I was told that's unfortunate, we don't have any alternative , yet I went to book by the same zimbali hotel and the booking was available. Shanna Cogan send me an email stating I have forfeited all the money I paid, no cancellation fee , the only refund will be the breakage deposit. To be told sorry we only do booking we not on the premises was an insult cause I was expecting them to direct me to reception manager and sort out the issue, but they were okay with losing me as customer hence I was told to drop the key at reception. No reasons were asked why I returning the key,they cared less.
