I am woman who stays Vaal Street, all petrol attendant know me by name, but the horror l experienced when I needed them. Had a flat tyre rolled the car to the closest garage only to be told by the petrol attendants that they are not allowed to help customers with tyres unless I ask management. Went to the shop I was told management is not in but when I parked his I saw him enter the shop, so I called the landline Wayne answered to say they know the rules, they are not allowed to help customers change tyres. Is this because there is no charge for this we just tip the petrol attendants and management is not gaining anything out changing a customers tyre. As their client, lam only good for pouring petrol but when I desperately need their help I am shown a middle finger. They just lost a loyal customer though being selfish, what's wrong if the petrol attendant can make extra Cash
10 jan 2019 went to sign a lease agreement with the company and paid 2months security deposit same day, 2days after was told cause i am self employed i have to pay 3months deposit which i paid, on the 1th of february 2019 , i called to find out where will i get the keys to move in , agent never answered at that had given the truck movers the address to deliever, when we got there keys were not there, had to look for storage and a place to sleep with my kids, 04 february2019 the agent calls to say i can get the key at 10:00,. 10:00 was there no one was there, called her , she says she forgit to tell me that the key will be available at 12:00, so i waited outside, 12:00 the unit was dirty , i couldnt move in, left cause the kids were hungry, later she calls to say her boss is saying the contract must be changed to my business name, so the contract i have is not legal, i told her i couldnt come to the office as i had to go back to mafikeng with the kids, then she threaten me with legal action if i dont come, then i told her to cancel the lease. Now they are not willing to talk to me about any positive solution to this problem. Let alone that the contract was never signed to begin with.

The reception lady was so rude, forgot the name of the consultant that was helping me, as I tried to describe the gentleman, she went blank on me, so my husband went to account for help, which we were given the correct name right away, when she was angry about that as well. Customer service doesn't exist in that branch
I booked through Adzone marketing Luella Engelen 2-4 March 2018, I was not happy with the house as it had the owners pictures every where, which the owner refused to take down, if I wanted to visit the owner I won't mind the family pictures on the wall but if the house is for public use ,why have family pictures every where, I was uncomfortable hence I cancelled the booking. Luckily there was a cleaning lady which sorted the ****roaches that where in the garage.When I called I was told that's unfortunate, we don't have any alternative , yet I went to book by the same zimbali hotel and the booking was available. Shanna Cogan send me an email stating I have forfeited all the money I paid, no cancellation fee , the only refund will be the breakage deposit. To be told sorry we only do booking we not on the premises was an insult cause I was expecting them to direct me to reception manager and sort out the issue, but they were okay with losing me as customer hence I was told to drop the key at reception. No reasons were asked why I returning the key,they cared less.
Customer service doesnt not exist in zeerust, they have a mindset of if you not happy try next door, the staff has no idea what to do if you have a complain cause " its unsual" . The cashier had to call the store manager which he called the department manager, while i was holding up the queue for 1hrs while they checked what to do about wrong price. Unbelivable is hiw they didnt care about their customers. The store and staff hygiene is not on their list of priority.
