I am so disgusted in Fidelity and the level of service we have received, our alarm has not been working for more than 3 weeks, I have been calling and sending messages asking for someone to come check why we cant activate our alarm, the only messages I keep getting from Fidelity ADT is that their office our hours are between 9 and 3pm, monday to friday and I should contact them but when I do I am unable to get through to anyone. Also, I work from 7:30 till 4:30pm, and your useless office hours means I never get service unless while I am at work, and this also means my house has been without an alarm for more than 3 weeks. I will ensure my payment does not go through end of this month as I have not received any service from Fidelity ADT. Please ensure my alarm is fixed before the new month starts. My wifi has not been working for more than a week, my debit order goes off as normal but I am paying for a service that is not working, they are not getting back to me I have sent a number of emails and logged the fault many times. B310173895
Poor poor pathetic service since day 1, alarm is supposed to have a backup battery for power outages, been telling them there is no such thing, my service was supposed to commence end of april only but commenced the beginning of april, currently my alarm is not working or making communication with ADT, I advised them and all they say is I need to wait for a technician who can assist by end of this week only. so what happens this whole week? My husband and our kids have been on this medical aid since Jan 2025, to date we have had endless issues, cant get any over the counter meds, doctors consultations being rejected. It does not make sense that we have to struggle this much. Definitely cancelling the medical aid effective immediately. membership number 47003983723
I ordered from Revibe, and they promised delivery within 2-4 working days, it has been 4 working days and I still havent received my order, DHL promises to deliver by 9 June claiming I reside in a high risk area, but when I gave my work address which is more central and not a high risk area, it is indicating an even later date of delivery, very poor and pathetic. Revibe should seriosuly consider another courier.
The ordering process was smooth, however, Revibe does not keep to their end to deliver within 2-4 working days, I ordered this last week friday, and to date have not received my order, DHL is indicating it will be delivered by 9 June only, I tried another address in a better area and even that delayed the delivery even more, not impressed at all.
I have been trying to get a hold of telkom since last week. And nobody is even trying to call me back. I have tried to speak to the chatbot, but I am just going in circles. Their customer care is the absolute worst. Telkom wifi B310176288
I am very disgusted by PNP Asap, I ordered and my order shows delivered but it has not been delivered to me. reference 1003739277 marked delivered-23625423 I spent over 1k, I want my money back now. This is very bad business.
