Worst company ever. No ethics or morals at all. I highly recommend do not work for them or with them. Many staff have come and gone as it is a toxic environment with directors who are very badly behaved with staff and unprofessional. Director shouts and take out anger issues at staff just because they feel like it. Staff have to avoid directors temper tantrums when they are just trying their best to work hard..no support from any management who turn a blind ear and deaf ear to everything that goes on and ignore emails sent for help.
Absolutely rude and disrespectul bookings agent! I called and spoke to Shanna Cogan who was rude, offish and totally disrespectful. She refused to assist and insisted she does not want to help customers over the phone and on emails only. She clearly should not be working as an agent and answer telephones as she does not want to deal with customer! This is THE WORST AND SHOCKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A LADY MEANT TO BE A BOOKINGS AGENT WHO IS SO RUDE ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL. Absolutely disgusting service and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company for bookings. Why would I wish to go ahead and communicate on emails when Shana is so rude on the telephone that being the first point of contact. She should be taught some basic manners and learn to do her job. Absolutely pathetic service in my opinion and I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
<p>I ordered a drink at this mugg and bean and wasn't happy with the taste. I was gladly given a different drink of my choice with no extra cost as well as friendly service from the staff. Really happy that customer service means more than money to this branch. Thanks for making me a happy customer. I would much rather spend my money at a place like this. </p>
