Technician came, charged callout, quoted extra parts, only installed one of the parts which we paid for, the fridge got semi cold then died completely a few hours later, they have now ghosted my number and have no intention of coming back to do the repair properly. Total **** business. I called from another phone and the technician answered, as soon as he realised who was calling, he killed the call and blocked that number as well.
