Godds not delivered and promised refund not made

On 14/4 , I placed an order for LED lights from Suzanne Shamrock of AE Wholesale Lighting and Electric.When I collected the order a few days later, some of the light bulbs I had paid for were not available and they indicated they were out of stock. I also later returned 1 light bulb not working.<br> Some 8 weeks later and I have still not received all the goods I paid for , notwithstanding several e mails and phone calls. Total cost paid for goods not delivered was R756,96.<br> On 26/5, I spoke to Sue and she agreed to immediately refund me the R756,96.<br> A further 2 weeks later and still no refund or goods and no communication from the Company.<br> They have had my money for 8 weeks but have not delivered the goods or refunded me as promised.
