AEGA / Poor service and products

I purchased a watch in Dec . The unit is not working properly . AEGA simply don’t reply to emails , the WhatsApp same story and then when u DM them on instagram you get a prompt reply saying u will be contacted within 48 hours . Almost 10 days and nothing simply being ghosted . I would not buy anything from them what a **** , pathetic service , watch out people they are selling a bullshot story and products . Stay away
