I bough a AEGA Ultra indestructible Smar****ch, I am a cyclist and bough the watch for the sole purpose of having it record my rides. Received the watch and being in IT immediately started setting up device as per instructions. Setup quick and easy to follow, however, the sport mode function simply doesn't work when I record run even after running 10k it tells me not enough data after specifically launching before run, even with carrying my phone with me it gives the same issue. Started troubleshooting the issue was told to do a few things one was start the Sport Mode from your phone which is stupid cause why did i get the watch. The indoor/outdoor cycling only records duration of the ride nothing else what is the point of recording duration with no elevation BPM distance or even speed. Going on there site now I see they have removed the aforementioned watch from there catalogue. They say compatible with Strava LIES its the FITCLOUDPRO app that syncs with Strava not your watch and has no GPS at all. What is useless without your phone well in my opinion useless regardless. Have tried contacting them via numerous meduims but no response whether whatsapp email or via website...

I purchased a watch on their Facebook page on 2 February 2026 and to date have not received the product. The company does not respond to e-mails and have a number on their page that does not even ring. I believe that this business is a **** and strongly dissuade anyone fro trying to but their products

Really great brand and product.
I found some delays with responses however they eventually got back to me and provided my with very professional support. I was very satisfied with their service and after 7 days I received my product after ordering. There is nothing wrong with there products and they work brilliantly! Such a tough smart watch for such a reasonable price! I got another 2 watches and one didn't work. Then they replaced it for me after a month with no extra costs.

I wish I could give less than 0 stars. I ordered a watch for valentines day. That was 5 days ago. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing. They do not reply to emails, WhatsApp or Facebook. This is ********. Do not waste your time on supporting this business. I should have stuck to Takealot. Very quick to take your money but after that it's dead silence.

I wish I could give less than 0 stars. I ordered a watch for valentines day. That was 5 days ago. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing. They do not reply to emails, WhatsApp or Facebook. This is ********. Do not waste your time on supporting this business. I should have stuck to Takealot. Very quick to take your money but after that it's dead silence.

AEGA – Poor communication, delayed delivery and unresolved courier **** attempt
(There should be an option for zero or negative stars for AEGA) This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had — especially after payment was made. I ordered two watches from AEGA, and unfortunately the experience thereafter has been very poor. The delivery was much later than promised, and communication from the company has been inconsistent and difficult. Messages sent via WhatsApp, email and Facebook Messenger were often not responded to, or only received replies days later with excuses for delays AND there after no follow-up. I also experienced a serious issue with the courier requesting an additional R5,000 for delivery, which had never been agreed to. I sent the details and screenshots to AEGA, but received no response or assistance. Overall, the lack of communication and unresolved issues made this a very frustrating and disappointing experience. What concerns me most is that the courier’s attempted overcharge means my personal details were shared with a party I now do not trust, which adds further stress to an already poor experience.

AEGA simply don’t reply to emails , the WhatsApp same story and then when u DM them on instagram you get a prompt reply saying u will be contacted within 48 hours . Almost 10 days and nothing simply being ghosted . I would not buy anything from them what a **** , pathetic service , watch out people they are selling a bullshot story and products . Stay away
