Refund Delay on Policy KD024930
I have send a mail for the cancellation of the policy due to the COVID-19 issues and of the fact that SA is in lockdown also all international flights have been cancelled and my flight for Johannesburg to Budapest is also cancelled because of border closure. I send a mail on the 6th of April to request for a refund and i was told it would take 7 to 10 working days this has passed i was told refund would be on the 21st today is the 22nd and still NO REFUND.
