I have sent a mail to cancel my fibre line twice now. When they call they hang up immediately. Can someone please call me for this cause i am relocating from South Africa.
I want to compliment the agent Washeed Khan for his excellent service in solving my fibre issue within 5 minutes of the call. I had an open SR230625-222564 ticket and I kept calling and following up with Vodacom on all social media handles. After trying for the 8th time my problem was solved instantly. Great technical skills and the issue was solved promptly.
RE: RD006836D - R1557245 - CM7556 - Mrs SR Breidel - Ref:[CEM01-6091535] This is a message to display my disappointment in how slow and long the process of the payout is taking. I have been busy with this claim payout for so long now. First, there were some issues and mistakes made by the Finance department of my previous employer of which this was corrected. Several emails have been sent and they promised an outcome for one reversed payout within 7 to 10 working days within those days NO FEEDBACK WAS EVER GIVEN OR PROVIDED TO THE ONE WHO HAD SUBMITTED THIS CLAIM THAT OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS ARE NEEDED DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE STATUS OF THE CLAIM KEPT SHOWING IN PROGRESS. Only when doing a follow-up was the person who submitted the claim notified that certified copies of id and a bank letter were requested this could have been communicated WAY IN ADVANCE TO AVOID FURTHER DELAY MY NUMBER IS ALSO IN THE SYSTEM I COULD HAVE BEEN CALLED AS WELL TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS NOW WE ARE CLOSING ANOTHER MONTH AND STILL NOTHING THIS SERVICE IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND I DONT THINK I COULD RECOMMEND OLD MUTUAL TO ANYONE!!
Been trying to book a virtual consultation with Dischem for almost 2 days no response I have escalated this via chat and also on the website nothing. I call it rings and then they hang up. It is very sad you pay so much at the end of the month and the service is extremely poor.

Not really happy with the response time frames on emails regarding Super fund cancellation. I send an email for this and was advised still to be active on the payroll side by the company I worked for. I switched over to freelance and would like this to be canceled asap. I was told to check with payroll again which I did and asked again if now this can be canceled.
Until now, no feedback has been received No call was escalated I had to call myself to escalate this. I still cannot use the internet properly as a manager working from home this is affecting my work please resolve this asap. My router has still NOT been delivered by RAM and was sent back to Vodacom.
I signed up for month to month of Vodacom S0230327-772379 Ram courier services were to deliver the package I called to have to delivered at my work address. I changed the location and afterward, RAM never called me again. On the days of working from home, I called again to reschedule to have the device delivered to my house address of which RAM said Vodacom requested for the router to be taken back. I was called once by RAM couriers very poor service from both companies I need this asap to work full time from home and tomorrow I have an appointment to install with Vuma. Ram order: A0884986
Have received a message about Ram delivering my package vodacom router. I changed the delivery address to my work location they calles and said they would deliver after days of no reply i changed it again to my house address again no feedback received. I have an apointment for installation on thursday. Delivery should be at no 5 Lewisham Road in Blackheath. Unit 25 name of the complex is Krimanshof.
Afrihost is not assisting me with my order that is placed with Vumatel. I placed and order for a unit in Blackheath. I explained that the unit of which the order is placed has issues they agency renting the flat is doing repairs in the unit there is water leaking from the upper units because of this the agency placed us in another unit for the time being. This is explained to both Afrihost and Vumatel. We have done several cancellations and created tickets. Vumatel called delivered a Vuma box but did NOT install this because the unit that we are currently in has pre-installed Vuma box. Vumatel and Afrihost said that they will not reinstall a new one the current one in the unit will have to be activated. Ticket number: ISP-942419 my order A221071437. Name: Adeniyi Akinyemi The vuma order is VC-241022- 41461 Ticket number: ISP-942419 Please UPDATE the ticket with the correct address which is 10 LEE Road in Blackheath Complex name Villa Massimo Unit 35 2195 The request for DAYS now is to just activate the internet at the Complex Villa Massimo Unit 35 in Blackheath (there is already a vumabox in the unit) Once we move from this side to the Villa Luandi we will ask for the line to be moved and if any amount needs to be paid again for this, we shall pay this for now I/we would like to activate this at the Villa Massimo unit .
