Insult to injury
This vendor has not kept up to his promise of professional service. He did not disclose vital information prior to the job, and he insulted me in many ways that is too hurtful to me. Joseph was completely disrespectful relating to me, and complacent in acknowledging my request. I am attempting to get the Ombudsman involved because the nature of Joseph's failure to be forthcoming with pertinent information, and for making the enquiry too difficult to finalise.

I simply requested an invoice and instead was met with complete disrespect, while he remained unprofessional and blatantly insulted me (I still haven’t received an invoice). I am attempting to get the Ombudsman involved because the nature of Joseph's failure to be forthcoming with pertinent information, and for making the enquiry too difficult to finalise.
