This vendor has not kept up to his promise of professional service. He did not disclose vital information prior to the job, and he insulted me in many ways that is too hurtful to me. Joseph was completely disrespectful relating to me, and complacent in acknowledging my request. I am attempting to get the Ombudsman involved because the nature of Joseph's failure to be forthcoming with pertinent information, and for making the enquiry too difficult to finalise.

I requested an installation of an aerial connection to another room, as well as rewiring of an existing wifi connection to another TV. I was grossly overcharged for unnecessary cabling and other materials. The work was done without providing me with a quote first. I was shocked to see the amount was in excess of R8000. I had no option but to pay it there and then as I live alone. and I felt intimidated. Their invoice states No refunds and a 3 month guarantee on the work. The next day I could not access the any of the Apps. I called them to come and check the installation. 6 days later and still there has been no one sent to fulfill their obligation.

Arrived an hour late. Installers have bad attitudes. Lack of transparency around cost. Payed thousands more than planned. Upon complaining just recieved excuses and was then ignored. Pathetic service, do not use.

I phoned and asked someone to come out to quote me on the installation of a secondary WiFi point. Two technicians arrived at 16:50 told me that they will need a lot of cabling and that it will take four hours to complete the work. I said that will meen that they will have to work until 9pm. They said it’s no problem to which I rep**** I have a problem with that, we can’t be drilling and making a noise in our complex and my daughter had to study and go to bed by 8pm. They then said it will be R5500 to which I immediately rep**** that I can’t afford that and that it’s seems very expensive. The one guy aggressively rep**** that I must then pay a R350 callout fee…. I said why didn’t you inform me if this when I phoned. He then said he’s going nowhere until I pay him….I had to phone the security and police to get rid off him. So unprofessional, aggressive and unacceptable.

Had a very bad experience with this company. The technicians took 4 hrs to attend to my dstv issue. They claim they replaced a LNB and added a surge protector and charged me R6950 for this. When I checked the installation I found they never exchanged the LNB but only realigned the antenna and LNB. When I reported it to the owner he claimed that he just give the team leads and did not take responsibility although the invoice had his company logo and info on.
