If you're looking for dishonesty and poor service you've come to the right place. These guys make promises and excuses all the time and you have to show up in person to make sure they do their job. They take longer than government to fix vehicles.
Arrived an hour late. Installers have bad attitudes. Lack of transparency around cost. Payed thousands more than planned. Upon complaining just recieved excuses and was then ignored. Pathetic service, do not use.
I've been 2 weeks without fibre at my new residence as afrihost failed to migrate the connection (despite telling me it was done). Now for the past 2 weeks they've done nothing but say they'll get back to me (which of course doesn't ever happen). No technician has been sent and I've been treated like an idiot by their incompetent customer service staff. I'm looking for a new ISP
If you want your already stressful moving day to get worse, hire Artpink. The moving truck was 6 hours late (you heard that correctly) forcing us to work into the night. This was due to a double booking by a very incompetent admin assistant. Furthermore the owner of the company, Michelle, is incredibly rude. After we paid the deposit she berated us for not making it instant (which would have cost us more). Then once the delivery truck finally arrived at our new home she instructed the crew not to offload our goods until we paid the rest of the fee. This after very poor service delivery. She still decided to hold us hostage. Her poor crew were disheartened as well since they had to work overtime (without pay, food or drink). I would recommend anyone other than Artpink.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I've been waiting for an order for almost 6 months. I have asked multiple times for a refund which they say they will do but keeping asking for 2 month grace periods! How ridiculous! Basically they've taken my money from me and I'll never see it again, nor will I receive a product.
Don't ever use this company. Poor service, poor communication and basically a big scam. Deliveries are never on time and you never know if you will actually get what you ordered. For example my order #000052875 is now 3 months delayed. Every month when I follow up they just postpone by another month. When I request a refund they simply ignore me.
To Whom It May Concern, On 1 November 2021 my wife and I ordered Pizza from Debonairs (Order #C5A7E) and unfortunately we were met by an incredibly rude and aggressive courier or ultimately did not deliver our food, cancelled the order and drove off. When he arrived at our block of flats he instructed my heavily pregnant wife to walk up the stairs and meet him outside as he was unwilling to deliver to the door (as we had requested on the app). When my wife messaged him to ask him to come to the door he began to insult her, calling her lazy. After multiple insults and aggressive communication he cancelled the order and left. This left us waiting for an hour for food which never arrived. It left me angry that a courier your company uses would come and insult my wife. My wife then used the complaint service on the app to notify Uber Eats of the issue. Uber Eats eventually responded with what appears to be a copy and paste, standardized message used to placate individuals who complain. This I find highly insulting. I would like to know exactly what measures have been taken against that courier and I would like to know what Uber Eats is going to do to make it right with my wife and I. A simple message will not make this issue go away and is simply not good enough. Let me make this very clear. I do not use your app to be insulted by your couriers. Moreover, I find it highly offensive that your courier would insult my pregnant wife and you do nothing about it. You have now wasted much of my time which you apparently only deem worth a single copy and paste message on the app. Is this how you treat customers you have wronged? Make it right.
Angor are not transparent. They provide little to no information and communication. Their management skills are non-existent (to the point where our body corporate funds have been squandered). Furthermore, the do not stick to deadlines, the perform no property maintenance (although they do make promises and raise special levies! But who knows where this money goes..). In short Angor are pathetic. I recommened avoiding any complexes or properties they manage.
