I would like to single out Aneeqah Cameron for speedily and professionally solving my query within an hour, which other four consultant advisors had failed to resolve from 19 February to 9 March 2026. Not only did she resolve the issue but took it upon herself to ring me back immediately to inform me of the positive outcome plus send a follow-up email.

We as the owners of Masingita Viilage have not had an AGM since 1 October 2024 and our financial documents have not been updated since 2023. We have sent countless email requests yet the trustees keep saying that Oscar has advised that he is still putting our financial statements together. This is a huge concern. By law, we need an AGM annually. We have lots of pressing matters to discuss. We have 25% of owners (there is proof of votes) who have requested for a SGM to which the trustees are aware of. And again, we have been told Angor is working on this. We have sent email and have no response. The trustees have been given 14 days to respond (due date is 19 March 2026) with a time and date to the SGM, waiting any longer is no longer acceptable. This review is our last attempt to getting a response

I own a unit in a sectional title complex where Angor is the MA. In December the Body Corporate elected to appoint a Executive or external Trustee to run the complex. It is now the end of February, we have had no communication from the MA in 2,5 months to advise progress, nor has the external party been appointed. How is this even possible that we are at Angors mercy that does not give a hoot about the complex. They have demonstrated this on many occasions i.e. when our electricity got cut off due to them not paying the COJ on tile in line with a payment arrangement we had. Please don't use Angor. There is absolutely no oversight. They do as they please.

I'm a client for unit 23 stonehaven I have never seen such honestly never buy a property that is managed by this people they very worse I been sending emails regarding my payment to be allocated to ISwitch or advise I Switch to clear the arrears for then to just send that email it took them days even today yooo no please to new developers kindly or please don't use this company for any business ayi shem nazenamosha umuntu

Look at how they lie when they get caught - No letter was ever brought to my attention regarding the harassing conduct by another tenent - The cat issue has been ongoing since July 2025 - They send 2 letters on the 11 Aug 25 and the 26th Jan 26 - No change, there are cats messing and soiling on my stairs still - They encouraging me to continue reporting but the managing agent they chose at Renprop is ignoring messages and their own agent whom the query is still open with has stopped responding to emails. For the sake of your family and their health - stay away from any property managed by angor. This was there response As previously advised, following consultation with the Trustees, a letter has been drafted and sent addressing the concerns raised in your complaint, including the matters relating to conduct and pets on the common property. ANGOR acts under instruction of the Scheme's appointed Trustees. In the interim, we encourage you to continue reporting any further incidents to on-site security so that they can be documented appropriately. We appreciate your patience while this matter is being addressed and remain committed to ensuring the Conduct Rules are upheld for the benefit of all residents.

The team at Angor consistently fails to return phone calls or respond to emails. I am struggling to see how their 'management' fees are justified when the only response provided is that staff are perpetually busy or in meetings. I can only hope my complaint to the PPRA is actually reviewed rather than sitting unaddressed in an inbox.
