*********** to say the least! We sold our unit at the Views and it was registered already to the new owner on the 9th of April. We always paid on time and correct amount, we hate to owe money so we know nothing was outstanding. We have now received an amount of R3500 and R4100 something stating we owe for April and May water etc. HOW can we owe if we are no longer owners!!!!! This company does not have a clue this is why we sold in the first place even the "care taker" was useless and could not do anything. Don't waste your time getting this circus to manage your property it will only end badly.

22 May 2026, 13:53Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The levy clearance figures were issued to the transferring attorneys on 16 April 2026. Following this, our team conducted follow-ups on 06 May 2026, and again on 15 May 2026, to obtain confirmation regarding the registration status and payment of the clearance figures. Unfortunately, no feedback or proof of payment was received from the attorneys during this time.
On 21 May 2026, payment for the clearance figures reflected on the account, and proof of registration was received, allowing us to update the account accordingly. The new owner’s account has since been opened and all charges allocated correctly.
