Pathetic service from Angor properties
To whom it may concern I have invoices that has not been paid it is now over two years
Nyata lodge Ticket 502989 unit 7 cm502989 502989 unit 43 cm67 502989 unit 8 cm62 502989 cm68 guard house 500885 unit11 cm60 500885 unit 12 cm61 488578 unit 16cm54 465513 unt 20 cm52 578290 unit 41 cm70 452990 unit 42 cm33 Cm39 unit 35 and 33 Cm 66 unit 44 and 67 Emails has been sent to sholeen k several times and management Paul Brent why issues not sorted and if the invoice are not paid I will be taking Angor up which interest will be paid on my outstanding invoices . If nothing happens I will be going to ANgor properties office until my money is paid. We are small businesses and rely on these income Regards Chinn maintenance

19 May 2026, 09:28Please note that ANGOR Property Specialists does not approve invoices for payment. All invoices are submitted to the relevant Scheme Executives, who are responsible for reviewing and approving payments on behalf of the Body Corporate. We kindly request that you resubmit the outstanding invoices and supporting documentation to the Portfolio Specialist handling the Schemes concerned. Once received, the invoices will be forwarded to the relevant Scheme Executives for their review and approval.

Please note that ANGOR Property Specialists does not approve invoices for payment. All invoices are submitted to the relevant Scheme Executives, who are responsible for reviewing and approving payments on behalf of the Body Corporate. We kindly request that you resubmit the outstanding invoices and supporting documentation to the Portfolio Specialist handling the Schemes concerned. Once received, the invoices will be forwarded to the relevant Scheme Executives for their review and approval.

Has we are on the panel
Our company have been sending all documents from 2024 on this matter.
And again last year 2025.07
Still no response till now
And still your staff and management can't not receive it
And we did say who was in charge of the scheme and email them
Also the ticket numbers are yours system way to keep track and that's why we attached it on here also.
Please note all work done in 2024. And no complaints
Has yourl approved all the work and sent our company out
And we Has a company sent all invoices to yourls staff Has normal
Please also refer a PA from your team and email for us to correspond Has then we can go forward
