Good day Job number ********** 0 i upgraded to an iPhone 6 in July 2017, by end of October 2017 the phone was switching its self on and off. I took it to Vodacom Vaal they said they will update the software and on the same say after an hour i got notification that the phone was ready for collection. On the 11th of November i inserted my sim card but the phone kept doing the same thing and turned into a greyish white colour. I took the phone back to vodacom and told them that when i charge it becomes hot-this was not noted on the job card # ********** 0 i also mentioned that i am not happy to pay for a phone for another 20+ months and it will keep coming back to Vodacom. This time the UPDATE took the whole week and later send to advanced repairs. I was called on the 4th of December, the lady requested for my iCloud account because someone switches the find my iPhone on. I couldn't recall the details for iCloud and i mentioned this to the lady. Unfortunately the phone was cut due to the network problems when i drive home from work, as i was driving i thought the lady would call back but never did. The morning of 5th of December i was greeted by an e-mail Hi We can not assist you if you are being rude, you dropped the phone in my ear when I was still trying to assist you to remove the phone from icloud. Vodacom can not assist if find my iphone is switched on, it needs to be switched off. As soon as you can supply me with the correct icloud details to remove the phone from your icloud account then I can try to assist you until then you are welcome to collect your phone. See attached email from vodacom. How was i rude for asking who logs on to my iCloud when i can't remember the details, and that i had network problems as suddenly i am rude?
<p>How does one go about cancelling this membership? My dad is turning 70 years and mom 64 they can no longer to pay the monthly payments and the annual fee of R9000.00. This year they will not be going to any holiday as they currently have R90+ of holiday savings. They were sold lies, please cancel this membership</p>
