Clearance Figures Not Being Submitted
Angor is the worst Managing Agency. They don't answer phones especially when asking to speak to the Portfolio Manager or Management.

Our records indicate that the original clearance figures were issued in November 2025. However, no further correspondence or follow-up was received from the appointed transfer attorneys regarding the continuation of the process. The clearance request was subsequently cancelled on 13 March 2026 due to a lack of response and supporting feedback required to proceed after the Clearance Administrator requested feedback from the attorneys.
We also note that the transfer attorneys reflected on the clearance request differ from those referenced in your complaint, and at the time of follow-up we had not received a valid clearance request from the attorneys mentioned. Our Clearance Team made multiple follow-ups and communicated directly with the relevant parties to clarify the status of the matter.
We understand how frustrating delays in property transfers can be and remain committed to resolving matters as efficiently and professionally as possible. We have asked a team member to reach out and discuss the matter.
