Good afternoon. I visited your store on Saturday. I phoned to check if I could bring my decoder to be assest and asked if it could not be fixed could I by another one. The lady told yes. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told there is no stock . Kanye had the ordasity to tell me I didn't tell her which decoder I was looking for. Working at a service center you should be providing the service and asking the questions. This Lady should not be dealing with customers with an attitude like she has. I will much rather stream than deal with incompetency. Nobody could tell me when the stock would arrive. I wouldn't be surprised in the future if that Multichoice will no longer be a choice. Upset customer for now anyway.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is by far the worst DSTV installation company I ever dealt with. They claim to do installations, but yet, they damage your existing installation, and when they leave, you have less working than before they started. Then they have the audacity to charge you for their work. I will NEVER do business with them again!!

This is bay FAR the WORST Multichoice service company that I ever dealt with. They have a massive attitude, blatantly lie to you, try to replace almost everything to get more money and in the end, YOU ARE WORSE OFF!! They may address a problem, but when they leave, you end up with more problems. DO NOT use this company - I will NEVER use them again.

We tried to move a decoder from one owner to another and let me tell you the service was **** and the process is not clear. I do not know why such verification is required, when we had ID document copies of both previous owner and new owner and the previous owner is a relative and we had completed all the required documents, just to be told that we need Certified copies if ID's, when the previous owner could be identified telephonically via a video call. Multichoice, your service and process are ****. This is why you loose so many customers.

Today 26/05/21. I went to Aerial and Satellite City( JHB CBD) fora change of decoder ownership. i was met by a consultant Katlego Malatji. she was so helpful, advising. After she realised that i had no idea on some of the packages. she politely and thoroughly explained to me almost everything. Keep doing such a wonderful job to the others as well. You have earned your company a trust in me. Thank you Katli

The multichoice branch in Garsfontein road Pretoria has provided me with false information about the insurance and said that there is a 3 months waiting period for all claims, and this is also programmed into their system and wanted to charge me R620 per decoder to replace with working decoders. This is fraud and I want this to be investigated, this issue is a serious matter because they have been misleading thousands of clients with this bs and made them pay, where those clients were actually insured.

We had our decoder checked at Greenstone branch and nothing faulty. Consultant suggested we have someone called out to check signal and dish connection instead. We had 2 guys out who took 4 hours only to leave both our decoders faulty... wires hanging from our roof and nothing working from everything being fine except for the E-32 messages freezing the display every 2mins... they came back 4 hours later the same day with 2 new decoders... lost all our recordings because the guys messed up our entire system. Today 25th August its 19:41pm and we are still waiting for the guys to return to fix the error yet your call center agent said they would be here after 2pm and then after 5pm....... your service is pathetic... even after contacting the manager... your guys don't know what they doing when they are called out....
