We had our decoder checked at Greenstone branch and nothing faulty. Consultant suggested we have someone called out to check signal and dish connection instead. We had 2 guys out who took 4 hours only to leave both our decoders faulty... wires hanging from our roof and nothing working from everything being fine except for the E-32 messages freezing the display every 2mins... they came back 4 hours later the same day with 2 new decoders... lost all our recordings because the guys messed up our entire system. Today 25th August its 19:41pm and we are still waiting for the guys to return to fix the error yet your call center agent said they would be here after 2pm and then after 5pm....... your service is pathetic... even after contacting the manager... your guys don't know what they doing when they are called out....
