Terrible Service
I cannot stress enough how completely useless the Affinity Health App and their WhatsApp support platform are. The app is essentially non-functional. You can download it, but that’s about all you can do. Almost every option you click on redirects you to a YouTube video instead of actually allowing you to use the service you’re paying for. It defeats the entire purpose of having an app in the first place. The WhatsApp support is just as bad—messages are simply ignored, leaving you with no assistance when you actually need help. For a healthcare provider, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on this, I would strongly advise others to avoid Affinity Health.
