Good morning,
Monday the 4th of May 2026, I sent through a Whatsapp to the Affinity whatsapp line, where I was asked questions and provided answers I was told a nurse will contact me it never happened, and I lost a days salary. Tuesday the 5th I sent them a Whatsapp explaining the above, I was called and was told that a link will be sent to me so that I can provide the necessary information they want which also took almost 2 hours to receive as the call ended at 08:40 and the link was only sent at 10:02. I ask the nurse if she can help me with a sick note, I was told that they don't back date and she is going to send me an authorization letter to go see a doctor so I can get a sick note for my Dr, lost another days salary as I never received the authorization letter nor did I get a sick note. It's now Wednesday the 6th of May and I still haven't received anything I guess I will be loosing another days salary. I have never skipped a payment I have had problems before but this, this takes the cake.
