I clearly explained to them that I never accepted the contract, cause it was declined, but still the debit order went from my account. I have been sending my mails back & forth since 02/01/2018, with no luck. Everytime the same automated message gets mailed to be. Last week Kim Rall called me with an attitude, trying to bring her point across that I agreed to the debit order. At the end of the day the contract was declined, so why should I pay the debit order. I want a refund. Sick and tired of these people's games.
