Clientele legal is not available. They say it's a 24 hour service, which is not the case. You never get hold of a lawyer and if you ask them to call you back, they would tell you their office is close. There numbers gets picked up by spam on True caller. They are quick to say how good they are, but they are really not what they advertise to be. Imagine you have an emergency and you can't get hold of a legal representative? They can't even provide a number for an emergency.
I had a bad experience with the legal department yesterday. And today I used the WhatsApp option and Agnes gave me a real client service experience with a smile. One WhatsApp and everything is resolved.

I clearly explained to them that I never accepted the contract, cause it was declined, but still the debit order went from my account. I have been sending my mails back & forth since 02/01/2018, with no luck. Everytime the same automated message gets mailed to be. Last week Kim Rall called me with an attitude, trying to bring her point across that I agreed to the debit order. At the end of the day the contract was declined, so why should I pay the debit order. I want a refund. Sick and tired of these people's games.
On 23/12/2017 I went to the Montana Ackermans store & bought items to the value of R3 528.50. When I handed the lady my club card so I could get the A.rewards, cause I was paying cash for the items, she quickly said that they were offline. Well I could pay for the items with my debit card & there was people around me that was buying items on their card (the accounts card & reward card, exactly the same card). Why would it be such an convenient time for them to be offline with the Rewards card, but I could use the same terminal to pay for the goods with my debit card. I want the purchase to be allocated to my Rewards card, because I spoke to one of the other cashiers at one of the other stores & she explained how this all works.
Elite mobile called me for a cell phone deal out of the blue. After 3 weeks I receive a call starting that I have been declined on that offer and they want to offer me a new deal. Now I check my bank account, I have 4 debits orders tha went off totalling R193 and now unpaid debit order for R600. I want all my money back including the bak chargers. If I was declined why deduct from my bank account. I want a full refund for the bank charges. No wonder they were so persistent, kept on calling and trying to sell more things to me. This is a bunch of scam artist.
On black Friday Debonairs advertised if you download the App you will get 50% discount on your order. I paid the full price of my order. I placed the order via the App @ 18:53 & it was supposed to be delivered @ 19:30, by 20:00 nothing, I called them & they confirmed that my order is on its way. By 20:45, still nothing has arrived. By 21:00 I called the store again which was Glenfair, where I placed my order & I suggested it will be quicker to come collect my order. I also told the manager "Vusa" that I didn't get my 50% discount as advertised. When I got to the shop, I received my order & for it not being delivered I received a free pizza. When I checked later on my slip, I also paid for the delivery, which was R20.00, where I collected the pizzas from the store myself. This was really misleading & not a great experience at all. Having kids wait for food hours, is not a joke.
