Dont trust affordables-No delivery-No refund

I was skeptical when I saw the price of the Samsung fridge, but thought it too good an offer not to test out. I sent an email confirming if the price advertised was correct and if they ship to cape town. I was guaranteed they will ship once payment made and that R8900.00 was the total. Paid the cost on the 5August. Received another invoice providing different bank account number. Upon enquiry they stated the account was under auditing and they didn't want to delay the process. I said I already made the payment. Brenda said tell your bank to process a refund. Bank couldn't do it as it was an EFT. They refuse to process the refund because to them they don't have the payment as yet. Sent emails to follow up on progress. They don't reply. Called the number at some point, Brenda answered and in the back ground a baby was crying.. What company operates like that. I insisted they refund my money, Brenda ended the call on me. When speaking to Isabella, it seems the company is real and they just having issues tracking the payment, but come on. two weeks later I check my order on the website... No order found... they are scam artists.. don't buy from them. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. THIEVES
