not getting what was advertised as per site

I came on this site [URL Removed] on which i saw appliances. I ordered two appliances for my kitchen on which i paid the amount in full plus the delivery charge. Now all of the sudden there are import duties and handling charges that was not told to me at the beginning when i phoned. Its now about 5 days in which i havent received any items and i went to pay a further amount to get the items delivered to no avail. Now all ofthe sudden i have to pay that per item although there site dont mention it. Please help as i have no clue what to do further. They sit with a substantial amount of my money
