Pathetic Customer Service from AFHCO Property Management Company

 Your complete disregard and lack of respect for your tenants is deeply concerning. Denying me access to my unit to collect my basic necessities is inhumane and unacceptable.Being locked out of the unit in my absence is outrageous, and my attempts to engage with the person in charge at your office only left me further disappointed and frustrated. It raises the question of whether tenants are expected to approach the courts in order to have their concerns taken seriously.As a result of this situation, I have been forced to report to work wearing the same set of clothes and, more importantly, without access to my chronic medication. This is not only unreasonable but also a disgraceful way to treat another human being.I urgently request immediate intervention and access to my belongings without further delay. 

 Responding only to say the issue has been escalated, without any meaningful action or accountability, comes across as a publicity stunt and is frankly despicable. There has been no communication from AFHCO, which strongly suggests there is no genuine intention to address the issue at hand.For anyone considering renting a property managed by this company, stay far away. Their conduct demonstrates a complete lack of regard and respect for the people who rely on them for housing and support.
