Poor communication and no customer support
I am extremely disappointed with Afiswitch’s lack of communication and customer support.
I urgently need an updated SAPS Extract for my daughter. Despite multiple attempts to contact Afiswitch, I have received no assistance. I sent messages to their WhatsApp number (previously used successfully), made a phone call where I waited in the queue for over an hour (moving from position 9 to position 1), only to be disconnected by an automated message instructing me to send an email due to “high call volumes.”
I have also sent multiple emails to the provided addresses (theanda@afiswitch.com and resubmit@afiswitch.com ) over two days, with no response.
When dealing with a time-sensitive request, this level of non-responsiveness is unacceptable. I would not recommend Afiswitch based on my experience.
