This company has some of the most unhelpful and poorly informed staff I’ve encountered. The employees seem indifferent and will send you from one person to another without really understanding what assistance you need. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of coordination and care. I used to think the complaints I heard about them were exaggerated, but after spending an entire week going back and forth to their offices, I’ve experienced it firsthand. Each visit resulted in different information, as if everyone was relying on their own assumptions rather than clear, consistent guidance. It’s been a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning, those ladies don't care shame. Don't they have a competitor or another entity that does exactly what they do?
