He is a ****mer and will de***** you and run away with your money. Please don't use this contractor
Billy Marowa - operates also under Prosper Construction and Civil Engineering (Pty) Ltd. I agree with the review of Vincent above - the pictures on Facebook are wonderful but actual work is very sub-standard. Hired Billy to do a larger and smaller job. Billy insisted on payment upfront but did a very poor job on the larger one, he also did not even start the smaller job at all (which he was fully paid for). At first he said he would come and fix and finish, but he didn't come. Then he said he would refund part of the job, but he has not done this either. Don't use this contractor, we have now run out of money to finish our build because we paid him and now need to pay someone else to fix the floors but are out of budget.

FALSE Promises, Afri Epoxy Floors, false
Billy Marowa, +27 62 940 9805, from Afri Epoxy Floors delivered substandard work to me. I was quoted for epoxy floors in my house, gloss black, I received grey roller painted floor floors. The place looks like a factory. The epoxy thickness is less than the required standard also. They also did some wall, sealing, doors and door frames painting. The material used for the painting was not the material quoted. The closer the work got to the end of the project the more money he needed outside of the agreement. Eventually he did not show up for discussions and agreed to do a refund. Yeah, right, just after he bought himself a Lexus SUV at an action with the 80% deposit, I had to pay him. Watch out for this guy, he is not delivering to his promises. Hi Facebook page looks particularly good, but that is not what he delivers. The info he provides for his business does not match the banking details when verifying it through your bank.
