This company does not honour it's invoices and defrauds its speakers. I would be very careful of getting involved with Kayisa Herman Dube and Nduna Project Consulting.

Vodacom has topped my list of worst service ever recieved!!
<p>I went into Vodacom Cresta on the 3rd of December to do a reactivation of my cellphone number, this included providing a copy of my ID, filling out the forms in-store and purchasing a sim card. I was told that my number would be working in 7 working days! After 2 weeks of NO communication and wondering my my cellphone number still doesnt exist, I went into the same store again and they informed me I needed to do the whole process again for another number that is in my name... So I did. I was again informed that it would be sorted out!! It is now over a month since I went into the store and I am still left without my number having been activated. This is completely unacceptable!! I feel defrauded as I have been told to purchase 2 simcards now and neither one exists on the Vodacom Network!!</p>

Disappointed with Level of Service
On Friday the 19th of June 2015, I phoned Telkom to upgrade my line from a 4mb ADSL to a 20mb VDSL and I am still sitting without internet!! When is a technician going to go do whatever needs to be done at the box/exchange for my internet to finally work.<br> <br> I am loosing income for every minute I am without internet and if Telkom had informed me that by upgrading my line, I would be without internet, then I would rather have just not done it at all!<br> <br> This is unacceptable!
