Ridiculous charges for taxation fees

They have prices for the items you want to buy. After making my payments, they charged me a ridiculous amount of money. When I asked them why, they told me it's because of TAX. I recalculated the TAX. They charged me more money on top of the TAX fee they charged me...it is ridiculous!
