No Warranty, No Returns, No Customer Service!

I visited Africa Sewing Machine to purchase a machine for a project that I needed to do and after informing the owner who is also the sales person what I need it to do he sold a machine which was supposed be the right one. After purchase I notice this machine is the wrong type. He sold me this machine because it was more expensive than the correct machine. I called him and he promised to get back to me with a solution which he failed to do, I called the next day and as soon as he heard my voice he started to use vulgar language saying he will not exchange the machine and I must pay for a new machine.

Not a problem as I need the right machine so will purchase from another company but will never do business with them again. No Warranty, No Returns, No Customer Service! I ended up purchasing the right machine at MC Thomson with amazing customer service and half the price as those ripoffs.
