I have had non stop abuse from the above company I first had to deal with City Power who referred me to Shame the manager at Dawn Solutions. Every time he wanted a document, they would never email me I have had to email them weeks. Each time there was some sort of "excuse". For instance today I was requested to send them my bank details to which I did last week Friday. Randomly, I received a note to say thanks on a weekend to say thanks and then again I got told I had not sent the bank confirmation. When sent in PDF format from capitec themselves he slammed the phone on my ear. Shane said it was not a PDF when clearly it was. It is costing me money to get my spoiled food money back from February!
He laughed at me, belittled me by slamming the phone on my ear now and not thinking of the best interest of my children or that alot of desths occured in my family. I was told by City Power from the date I send it to them I will be paid in 30 days this is now not the case, Shane says with a laughing face from Dawn solutions I must wait another month which is absurb. I have been mistreated, interrupted on my phone calls to them, laughed at and phone slamned.on my ear. I see absolutely no professionalism in this company and all my rights remain strictly reserved. In my.entire life of 49 years old I have not claimed anything, and this original amount was 3k dropped to 800k, so I don't know why the big fuss
