Horrible service and badly damaged items!!

Do not use African Furniture removal or any companies associated with them. Horrific service!! After sending the ALL the information regarding enterance they on the morning of my move asked for money or they couldn’t deliver. They arrived VERY late after 4pm and didn’t have correct access that I sent them, I had to run around getting them access. Then my stuff arrived very damaged. Broken dining room table, many scratches and dents on items and tv has a knock marks on it and screen is damaged. I tried to resolve this with the owner Hein and he was very rude and not willing to do anything about it. Please be warned not use this service!! I have pics to prove damages if needed.
