Misinterpreted product Online and Staff confirmed.. now product cant be used

Website states once thing. Phoned staff.. before ordering.. confirmed specs of product, verbally...

Product received not usable... for which I confirmed prior to purchase... going a week back and forth.. not accepting misinformation issue and refund...

NOW IMAGINE it was thousands of rands... theyl probaly not care regardsless....

Will look elsewhere to buy oils
