I would stay far away from this company. My car has now been with them for almost 4 months, and every single week there’s another excuse or delay. I paid R70,000 upfront on the first day (not a deposit, the full amount), and since then it has been nothing but frustration. They refuse to honor the warranty. Their admin staff treat customers with zero respect — shouting and swearing over the phone like they’re running a pirate ship, not a professional business. At this point, I’ve lost well over R100,000 dealing with them, and there’s still no resolution in sight. This whole ordeal is ongoing and absolutely mind-blowing. Just this week, they told me the mechanic was “sick for 3 days,” but who knows if they even worked on my car at all? They didn’t even bother to inform me — I literally had to post on Facebook just to get them to call and give me an update. This is a nightmare experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Do yourself a favor — take your money elsewhere.
Website states once thing. Phoned staff.. before ordering.. confirmed specs of product, verbally... Product received not usable... for which I confirmed prior to purchase... going a week back and forth.. not accepting misinformation issue and refund... NOW IMAGINE it was thousands of rands... theyl probaly not care regardsless.... Will look elsewhere to buy oils
Took more than a week to get back to me with a vehicle inquiry after a visit and test drive... Saying sales person was away on a conference.. Dont understand why no one else at this branch could have assisted further when the original person I met was away
Menlyn branch... Took my car in for assesment... 2 gentlemen looked what was wrong... Took it for a second as*****t. this time they had the skills to actually put it on the lift to look under the car... By this time 3 people saw what needed to be done and fixed.... After about 2 weeks. I get my car back... half of the repairs not done after 3 people and 2 assesments later failed.... Didn't want to let me leave with my still half fixed car without paying 5k.... waited for parts another week.. few weeks later car not fixed.. took it to someone who can work on vehicles.... Time, money, effort wasted ..... never ever go there..
PAID THE ALMOST 5K INVOICE, THE SAME DAY FOR A RETURN TRIP 4H + OUTSIDE HOME BASE, WEEKEND TRIP, FRIDAY GOING, BACK THE SUNDAY. WHEN THERE, WE NEEDED TO PAY ALMOST 2K EXTRA FOR FOOD / ACCOMODATION FOR DRIVER AND HIS PASSENGER.. WE GOT TOLD THEY WOULD LEAVE OUR COMPANY OF 5 PEOPLE STRANDED
Cancelled my contract months ago they keep threatening with debt collectors....
I have had some account queries which in turn prohibits me enter the club to train... I have tried my best to be a valued member and get this sorted but to no avail. No email No phone call No correspondance whatsoever is how they value customers. I have been waiting, again now 2 weeks for feedback but nothing... I would rather pack up my things and suggest to my training buddies the same.... HORRIBLE what can I do?
