Had a very bad experience we got here no one attended us for like 25 after we finally had a table we ordered food and waited another 50 minutes for the food, no apologies or anything the sides were cold, when we were done we requested our bill and had to wait for 15 minutes before we could get the bill even after we told the our ride is outside they just didn’t care and one of the waiters said they can’t be working under pressure because of us, and said he should of told us that the restaurant is full and not help us, so disappointed because we really left so many restaurants just to experience the restaurant

Our evening at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. Seated promptly at 17:30, we waited patiently, only to find that by 22:00, our meals had still not arrived. To add insult to injury, the bill included charges for meals that were never served, a blatant and disgraceful attempt to exploit the situation. Naturally, I raised the issue, highlighting the absurdity of being charged for the main meals that never reached our table. To my utter disbelief the waitress instead of addressing the concern professionally, reacted with aggression. She attempted to physically assault me over my entirely valid objection, which was directed at the billing process and not at her personally. I have no reason to blame her as she is not responsible for the kitchen’s inefficiencies. Compounding the absurdity the waitress was visibly intoxicated while on duty, even drinking at our table a drink we later discovered had been added to our bill. I approached the manager, hoping to clear up the misunderstanding that my comment was directed at the service and not the waitress. Instead, I was met with complete apathy. His lack of accountability and willingness to condone such unprofessional behaviour from his staff was astonishing. The evening descended into chaos, marked by misconduct and a shocking disregard for basic standards of hospitality. This establishment operates with a level of unprofessionalism that is an affront to the very concept of dining out. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It is a dismal failure on every front and a profound disappointment.

We booked African Peninsula Guest House in Durban to host an event and communicated all the requirements for the day in advance, including visiting the venue to ensure this was understood. Everything fell on deaf ears. Do not use this place for any event, these guys will ruin your day. Its an extremely unprofessional group of people.
