The worst courier service I have come across, been waiting for my delivery for the past two weeks always when I call them they give unreasonable explanation when I trace my order it says delivery failed due to customer not answering but they never called me
I honestly wish I went through the reviews before making any business with the company. I am hospitalised and unable to pay the full amount required out of the 10500 I am willing to pay R8500 and they still threaten to take the vehicle, yes you helping us but considering the money we paying this is so unprofessional and unacceptable.. To anyone that was looking forward to do business with them please reconsider this people have no understanding
The worst health care facilities I have ever head off. Tell me how does it make sense for an elderly person to wait from 7 am till 17:15 for medication just to tell her that the medication is finished after waiting for the whole day with duty toilets that doesn’t even have toilet paper. Worse they told her not to miss this date made her pay a R200 Service fee where she didn’t even get the medication. This hospital must just be closed at this point it’s useless
Tables are duty no one cares to clean them, no fish but that’s the speciality is fish. We ordered one small box of chips had to wait for 1 hour 15 min with no apology or explanation of why we waiting for so long. Been sitting on this duty table for over half and hour. The service is disgusting to be exact
The view and breakfast proper but the attitude of the people that help us with room services sucks, so this morning the came and made the bed but did not clean the showers or anything either then the bed when we called in they promised to send someone l, which they did, when we came back from the hotel we simply ask for a mo so we can clean after ourselves as we had sand all over and they said yoh this room again. I mean we were gonna do it ourselves we just asked what we can use. After we went out again we found our electricity card missing we informed them about it which I don’t even understand why it was taken out from the 1st place when the lady came to bring the card back she simply didn’t even great just stood there like we were bothering her, we could even ask her for anything else we needed because she just didn’t want to talk, we then called to ask for water as they saw the two empty bottles but did refill and guess what that was also an issue the lady and the phone also said yoh after we told her the room number and the one that brought the bottles said we had to many requests. I mean I wouldn’t have called of the room was properly cleaned, water refilled and if our card went missing so how do we have many requests based on the wrong things they do I’ll
Had a very bad experience we got here no one attended us for like 25 after we finally had a table we ordered food and waited another 50 minutes for the food, no apologies or anything the sides were cold, when we were done we requested our bill and had to wait for 15 minutes before we could get the bill even after we told the our ride is outside they just didn’t care and one of the waiters said they can’t be working under pressure because of us, and said he should of told us that the restaurant is full and not help us, so disappointed because we really left so many restaurants just to experience the restaurant
I made a purchase on the 28 of September 2025 at Leeufontein branch Limpopo to my surprise when we got home we noticed one item is missing from the plastic and it was paid for, tried calling the store several times with no luck same story with the head office and been sending please contact me enquiries but no one bothers them self to assist me , worse we stay in Pretoria and there is no possible way we can go back to the store. I am disappointed in all this experience because how do y’all put up a number that never goes through worse why would the shop assistant not pack all my items, okay it could be a mistake but why am I not getting assisted in all this
Hurtful Customer Service. I was from a Doctor as i wasn’t feeling well, when my husband picked me up he brought me a gown as its already at night and he didn’t want me to feel cold, clean one mind you. I walk into Mc Donald’s Soshanguve crossing and I am treated as if I am dity or I have some disease, one of the workers shouted from where she was to say hey gown are not allowed in here and I asked so what do I do as I want to use my md app she said I don’t know but gowns are not allowed so basically she was saying I don’t care what you do but you ain’t gonna be in our store with a gown on. How does my gown at night affect the store in anyway I mean it’s almost 9pm I would rather drive all the way to another mc Donald’s the visit this store ever again
Sterns Wonderpark Can I please verify if we are able to laybuy on sale items or not because, I was able to do a laybuy in another branch sometime late last year and I also called another stores to verify, however I saw an item I really liked at Sterns wonderpark and wanted to laybuy, the store refused for me to make a laybuy on an item that was R1000 I asked when did the rules start being in place and the answer was it’s always been like that my questions is how so when I was able to make a laybuy on a sale item last late last year and the is no way you can bypass the system with such so it can’t be that the other store was at fault
The bad service that I got from the Hatfield branch (Karabo Tsonope) refused to assist me and literally took her back and said to my face that she is going for lunch and she said to me even if I wait or come back she will not assist I should just see how I fix my Mibco profile with my employer. The efforts, time and money wasted for someone to just give me attitude. My employer has been sending emails to her with no response and this is the customer service I get from her after several attempts of trying her to assist us
