Why are you not accepting my bank statements? I have given you 6 months worth of bank statements, 2 letters from my employer to confirm employment and later at your request to confirm my salary. Why are you treating me like a *****ster when I have actually submitted everything that you have asked for over a period of 3 days just doing Admin? Is this because I am a black woman in Cape Town and your Brackenfel branch doesn't want business from black people? Why is your Finance Department not being transparent about why my bank statements are being rejected? The keep on saying they can't make out the scan using Camscanner when it is very clear. Why not say I don't qualify based on A,B,C but instead make excuses about my 'unclear' bank statements. Your Brackenfel branch is pure ******.

Am totally disappointed i took a car in April 2025 paying my installment without fail till March 2026 On the 06 March 2026 car started to have mechanical issues while driving ( losing power ) around 17h10. The following day on the 07 of March 2026 a car just totally died with no engine turning showing a sign of mechanical issue i called their carcare department at around 08h00 in the morning to come and tow a car to their workshop for repairs. I was told Rowan Antony will be in touch soon to attend on my issue I waited till 10h00 with no call from him on update. I sent an email to ask what was happening. He called saying he sent a tow truck two hours ago when I said Ive been waiting no one came he changed and said the car won't be attended today he will collect it on Monday the 09 March 2026 I asked him what if I got stuck on a side of a road was he gonna attend to me two days after? That is when he informed AA to come and tow a car to their workshop. Well the issue is when I asked about a courtesy car while mine was on repairs he said they dont offer a courtesy car. Informed him why is that as the car is theirs and they have cars on their showroom floor on which they can offer one as a loan car?. As Cause we were talking via emails now I told him I am on my way to him in person. When I get there 155 North Road in Boksburg at 12h00 I was informed he already knock off but on Saturday their knock of time is 13h00. I had to do a termination of contract since they can't offer a courtesy car yet on their contract the clause under Risk it does mention they can offer a substitute car on a company discrete means in other words they can offer a courtesy car. I am with no car and have to make a plan on how to get to work on my own how unfair is that????

I honestly wish I went through the reviews before making any business with the company. I am hospitalised and unable to pay the full amount required out of the 10500 I am willing to pay R8500 and they still threaten to take the vehicle, yes you helping us but considering the money we paying this is so unprofessional and unacceptable.. To anyone that was looking forward to do business with them please reconsider this people have no understanding

I took a car on rent to own option. Long story shoet had the car for more than a year never skipped payment nothimg serviced the car regular. I got retrenched Dec 2025 contacted them via email spoke to Ria and said i am voluntarary givomg the car back as i am not finding work. So not only do I loose my deposit of R15000 they debit a further R6000 from my account and keep the car. Bewareof theses ******. Even when you do the right thing they take advantage of you.

Worst service - Wish i knew sooner what was waiting for me, took a car from NFC in December 2025, NFC advertised the Car as New, 1 Month later and the car has a Break down ask when the car goes for repairs will i get a Courtesy Car - NFC reply NO - Asked when the car goes for Repairs how will the installment be calculated NFC reply I'm liable for the whole months rental, how is this fair towards us as paying customers now i need to use additional funds to get to work- Beware people companies like NFC is quick to take our deposits and money and not giving us Quality products. Frustrated and Unhappy Customer

I referred a customer to nfc and the way they treated the customer is appalling. They rented her a faulty vehicle and when she reported within the 30 days period they ignored her. To this day they have not resolved the issues. They treat their customers very badly.
